  • We don't. We focus exclusively on bookkeeping and advisory work - which means we do those things really well. We'll happily coordinate with your CPA at year-end, and we can refer you to tax professionals we trust if you need one.

  • Yes. We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero because they're the right tools for the businesses we serve. If you're not on either yet, our Setup Service will get you there.

  • Because every business is different. Transaction volume, account complexity, app integrations, and the state of your existing records all affect what we'd actually be doing for you. A Diagnostic Review gives us - and you - a real picture before any pricing conversation.

  • It depends on how far behind you are and how messy the existing records are. Most cleanups land between 4 and 8 weeks. The Diagnostic Review gives us a defensible scope and timeline before we start.

  • We don't take on monthly clients without a Diagnostic Review first. It's not a sales hurdle - it's how we make sure we're recommending the right tier, scope, and starting point. It also protects you from paying for the wrong package.

  • Monthly Bookkeeping keeps your books clean, current, and reportable. CAS uses accurate books to drive forecasting, pricing, profitability, and strategy through a monthly six-step framework we run together. CAS can be bundled with our Monthly Bookkeeping or layered on top of an outside bookkeeper - as long as your books are accurate and current.

  • No. We're happy to bundle CAS with our Monthly Bookkeeping if that's the cleanest path for you, but plenty of our CAS clients work with an outside bookkeeper or have an in-house person. What matters is that the books are accurate and current - we'll confirm that during the Financial Assessment.

  • Almost exclusively. We occasionally take on adjacent creative businesses (industry speakers, course creators, etc.) when there's a strong fit, but the wedding and event industry is our specialty and where we add the most value.

  • Setup ($265) and Diagnostic Reviews ($295) have published starting prices we'll confirm on your Right Fit Call.
